Tacos, Cake and Weed Whippers

These are Alex's favorite massive street tacos. Can you guess why they're his favorite? :) I stay clear of street food as much as possible. I'll take his word for it that they taste good!

This is a yummy pineapple cake that Mandy made. Cake is my favorite thing here :) YUM

Alex borrowed a weed whipper from his uncle...one tug on the string and it snapped. This is him taking is part and attempting to "fix" it. It was a little trickier than he thought and gave us a good laugh.

Aqua!

This is the women's gym right across from Alex's house. I took the picture from the roof. I go in the evening with Alex's cousins and Aunt. It's really fun! I had my first spin class EVER, and it was super hard! They also have Zumba and some other other stuff. Good times.

This is my gym membership...I've seen my name spelt a lot of ways..but never quite like this. :)

Home away from Home

I thought I would take a few pictures of some places in Valle Hermoso. Here is the De La Rosa house. "Estafeta" is the mail service they run from their house(so that's the office in the front). Our bedroom is upstairs.

Last Cancun Post :)

We liked staying on the beach at our hotel in Cancun..but REALLY missed our all-inclusive resort in Playa Del Carmen :( Paying for food sucks! haha It was nice though because we were close to shopping and lot's of restaurants.

A Beautiful Beach

I just had to post some pictures of this beach! We took an awesome Tour our last day in Cancun and part of it took us to Tulum. On top of the cliff are the awesome Mayan Temples, but then over the cliff was the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. There were stairs that went down to it, so we got to play in the water and enjoy it a bit that day. Our pictures don't do it justice though!

San Antonio

(This is a bit out of order, but that's ok) We visited Rocio(Alex's aunt) and her family in San Antonio for a couple of days after our trip in Cancun. She took us to the Alamo, and through the "River walk." It's a cool river that winds through a street full of restaurants, trees and birds. We ate at "Joe's Crab Shack right on the river..and I managed to eat another LARGE portion of crab :) It's a fun little place!
